This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services provided by HR Placement.

By making a payment on our platform, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

HR Placement provides HR consultancy and job placement assistance services.

Once a service has been initiated, fees paid for consultation, placement assistance, resume services, or recruitment support are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by the user

Technical error resulting in multiple charges

Payment deducted but service not initiated by HR Placement

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after payment

Failure to attend scheduled interviews

Job rejection by employer

Delay caused by candidate in submitting required documents

Dissatisfaction based on hiring outcome

HR Placement does not guarantee job placement; therefore, non-selection by an employer does not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

Send a written request to support@hrplacementandservices.in

Include payment details and reason for refund

Submit the request within 7 days of the transaction date

Late requests may not be considered.

5. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel services before initiation by contacting us.
Once services have commenced, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
